By accessing or using RoastRoulette.tech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RoastRoulette is a gamified feedback platform for indie hackers. Users submit their projects to receive community roasts (critical feedback) and in turn roast other projects. Unlocking full feedback requires a combination of roasts given and received.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or malicious content
Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
Spam or manipulate the feedback system
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform
Submit content that violates any applicable law

4. User Content

By submitting content (project URLs, feedback, roasts) to the Service, you grant RoastRoulette a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display that content within the platform. You retain ownership of your content and are solely responsible for it.

5. Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, branding, and original content belong to RoastRoulette. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of feedback, or fitness for any particular purpose. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoastRoulette shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
